Anna Podgornaya has been the HR Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia at AXA since June 2019. Prior to that, she worked as the Human Resources Director for AXA CEE. She spent more than 5 years at Microsoft. During her career, she had the opportunity to work on several projects with the help of Design Thinking tools.
Alexandra Karacsonyi worked for CEO PepsiCo as an in-house strategic consultant at US headquarters. Subsequently, she moved to strategic and operational marketing for L’Oréal in Paris before becoming part of the PayPal start-up team in France. In 2015, she founded the consulting company Elixir Consulting, focused on innovation and design thinking in Switzerland, which today serves the most important clients in Europe. An MBA graduate from Stanford, she began her career as a strategic consultant for Bain & Company in Germany.
